• The application fee is MYR 150 which is non-refundable.
• This fee is applied to all applicants and is required before processing any services or partnership applications.

• The joining fee is MYR 150 which is non-refundable after payment.
• The fee may vary depending on the type of membership or partnership, as well as the services included.

When is the Joining Fee Charged?:

• The joining fee is charged after your application has been approved and when you are ready to activate your account, membership, or vendor partnership.
• This fee must be paid in full before any membership or services are provided.

Refund Policy for Joining Fee:

• The joining fee is non-refundable, except under specific circumstances such as cancellation by V Square International Sdn. Bhd. before any services are provided.
• If services have not yet been rendered (e.g., no products shipped, no services provided), a full refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Product Selling Price Policy

Purpose:
