At V Square International Sdn. Bhd., we strive to provide excellent services to all our clients. This Booking Policy outlines the terms and conditions for making bookings for our services, including the process for reserving, modifying, or canceling appointments. By making a booking with us, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

Making a Booking

  • Booking Methods: Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or via email. You will need to provide your full name, contact information, and service details.
  • Confirmation: Once your booking is made, you will receive a booking confirmation email with your booking details and any further instructions, such as location, time, and necessary preparation for the service.
  • Booking Deposit: For certain services, a deposit may be required to confirm your booking. The deposit amount will be specified during the booking process.

Booking Requirements

  • All clients are required to provide accurate information at the time of booking.
  • Depending on the service, you may need to complete specific forms (e.g., medical forms, questionnaires) before the service.
  • For group bookings or large events, we may request additional information or details to better prepare for the service.

Payment Terms for Bookings

Payment for Services

  • Full payment for the service may be due at the time of booking or on the day of the service, depending on the service type.
  • Deposit Payments: If a deposit is required, the remaining balance will be due on the day of service or as specified in the booking confirmation.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, online payment platforms (e.g., PayPal), or bank transfer.

Late Payments

  • If payment is not received by the due date, your booking may be canceled or rescheduled at the discretion of V Square International Sdn. Bhd..
  • Late fees may apply for payments not received within the agreed timeframe.

Modifications and Cancellations

Modifications to a Booking

  • If you need to modify your booking (e.g., change the date, time, or type of service), please contact us at least 3 days in advance.
  • Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges, depending on the changes made.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations by Clients: If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us 3 days before the scheduled service. Failure to cancel within this period may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation Fees:
  • Cancellations made 3 days or more before the booking: Full Refund (less any administrative fees if applicable).
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before booking: will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations by V Square International Sdn. Bhd.: In the rare event that we must cancel a booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule or provide a full refund.
  • No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your booked appointment without prior notice, you will be charged a no-show fee, and the full booking fee may apply.

Rescheduling a Booking

  • Rescheduling Requests: If you need to reschedule, please contact us 7 days before your scheduled booking. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling may incur a rescheduling fee if it is done within 7 days of the original booking.

Refunds for Bookings

Refund Process: Refunds for booking cancellations are processed to the original payment method. Depending on the payment method, refunds may take 7 - 15 business days to appear in your account.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only issued under the conditions stated in the cancellation policy.

No-Show or Late Arrivals

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your booking, the service may be shortened to accommodate other appointments or services, and the full service fee will still apply.
  • No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment and have not informed us in advance, you may be charged the full booking fee and will not be eligible for a refund.
