General Principles

• Compliance: All import and export activities must comply with the trade laws and regulations of Malaysia and any other countries involved.
• Documentation: All shipments must be accompanied by the necessary documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, customs declarations, and any other documents required by customs authorities.
• Permits & Licenses: Any goods that require special permits or licenses for import or export (e.g., restricted goods, hazardous materials, intellectual property) must be handled according to the specific regulations governing those products.
• Duties & Taxes: We will pay the applicable customs duties and taxes for both imports and exports, as required by the destination country’s customs regulations.

Import Procedures

Product Sourcing

Products are sourced from reputable manufacturers and suppliers, ensuring compliance with Malaysian product standards and safety regulations.

Customs Clearance

All imported goods must clear Malaysian Customs with complete documentation including import declarations, proof of duty payment, and certificates of origin where required.

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties are determined based on Harmonized System (HS) codes. SST or GST may apply and will be included in the import cost estimates.

Shipping & Handling

Goods are shipped via trusted logistics partners using air or sea freight depending on cost, urgency, and product nature.

Inspection & Quality Control

All imported goods are inspected upon arrival. Non-compliant products may be returned, replaced, or disposed of according to regulations.

While Malaysian export duties are generally not applicable, destination country duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer or recipient.
