- Refund Issuance: If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 7 - 15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Fees

- Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged product).

Cancellations
Order Cancellations Before Shipping
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at sales@vsquareinternational.in If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
Order Cancellations After Shipping
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as a return, and you may be required to follow the return and refund process outlined above.
Refund Processing and Payment
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Please note that the refund may take 7 - 15 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Bank Fees: Any bank fees or third-party charges related to the refund transaction are not covered by V Square International Sdn. Bhd..
Exchanges
Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged products. If you need to exchange an item, please follow the same process as for a return.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, an exchange will be issued for the same or equivalent product (subject to availability).
If the requested exchange is not available, a refund will be processed instead.
